These are monthly open gatherings where people come together to practice improvisation on one Friday of each month beginning in May. These classes are investigations and curiosities within the framework of movement.  We take time for personal warm-up and for solo explorations as we are drawn to.

Jams are nominally facilitated with 1 or 2 facilitators leading an improvisational structure.  There is a fair bit of variance in the scores presented by each facilitator. This space is free of judgement. No experience necessary.
