In Authentic Movement, participants listen to their bodies and move from within, with their eyes closed, in the presence of a non-judgmental witness. After moving, both mover and witness share their experiences, either verbally, or though writing, art, or movement. Movers may then become witnesses and witnesses may become movers. Authentic Movement is a rich, transformative experience that helps people see themselves and the world around them in a new light.

Dance experience NOT required. Each workshop, Workshop 1 (June 15- July 6) and Workshop 2 (July 13 to August 3), consists of 4 Saturdays from 10am-12pm, costs $100, and is limited to 4 adults. Pre-registration required.
